Seller guarantees the dog specified above to be of sound medical condition at time of purchase with up to date vaccinations and dewclaws removed and free from any known genetic and fatal diseases.
In the event of death of a newly purchased puppy, the Seller binds himself to: Refund full purchase price above, with written statement from license certified veterinary explaining cause of death or any genetic condition that would warrant euthanization of the dog within 72 hours of time of purchase. Seller reserves the right of a second opinion from an equally licensed veterinarian.
